Örnek Metin Human dignity is an important category in Islamic culture and preserves many divine-human values. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between human dignity , with dimensions of 4 persons , the Denison Organizational Culture .This study used a descriptive - survey research . Statistical community is west Azarbaijan of payame noor university college faculty and administrative staff to 530 number and the number 220 of us in the Statistical sample using Morgan . A stratified random sample size of each class were selected academic and administrative staff . The instrument was a questionnaire and Pearson's correlation coefficient , t-test , analysis of variance and F-test was used to test the hypotheses . The results show that human dignity , with dimensions of the Denison Organizational Culture ,involvement , consistency, adaptability and mission is a significant positive relationship , and also between human dignity and staff view in terms of demographic variables were not significantly different . Generally, the relationship between human dignity and organizational culture confirmed
