| یادداشتها | عقل معنوی مجموعهای از تواناییها و ظرفیتها را در بر میگیرد که از منابع معنوی برای بهبود سازگاری، انطباق و رضایت افراد استفاده میکند و زندگی بهتری را فراهم میکند. هدف این مقاله بررسی رابطه بین هوش معنوی و مهارت های تعاملی با بررسی نظرات دانشجویان دانشگاه اصفهان است. این پژوهش کاربردی و روش آن از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی و جامعه آماری آن را دانشجویان آموزش عالی گروه علوم انسانی دانشگاه اصفهان تشکیل میدهند. نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای برای ارزیابی حجم نمونه اجرا شد و 305 دانش آموز بر اساس فرمول کوکران انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل هوش معنوی و مهارت های تعاملی بود. روایی محتوای آنها توسط متخصصان تایید شد و پایایی آنها با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 85 و 96 مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافتهها نشان میدهد که بین مهارتهای تفکر و تعامل، مفهومسازی شخصی و مهارتهای تعاملی، هوشیاری متعالی و مهارتهای تعاملی و بهبود خودآگاهی و مهارتهای تعاملی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. |
