Notes Justice has various dimensions such as economic, political, cultural and administrative justice. In the field of organization, which has extensive control over people's lives today, justice is not an ideal, but a necessity. The main issue is: What are the indicators of organizational justice so that by realizing justice in those indicators, it is possible to achieve justice in the organization? Concepts of justice: putting everything in its place, fairness and giving, equality, respecting rights and giving every beneficiary his right, and moderation and moderation, and it has three types of distributive, procedural and transactional. The most important indicators of organizational justice in Nahjul Balagha are: justice in managers, justice in selection, recruitment and meritocracy, justice in policies, justice in performance monitoring and evaluation, and justice in payment of salaries, wages and rewards. The research method in this article is descriptive-analytical.
