Containing among other pieces: (folio 2 verso) the text and translation into French of the renewal of the capitulations between the Sublime Porte and the King of France, obtained from the Padishah by the Marquis de Nointel, ambassador of Louis XIV; this treatise is divided into fifty-four paragraphs; it was signed in Adrianople on 10 Safar 1084 (May 27, 1673); it is followed (folio 16 verso) by a collection, in Turkish, with the French translation, in the same hand as the Turkish text and the version of the capitulations, of the titles taken by the sultan of the Turks, those that the Ottomans gave to the king of France, to the grand vizier, to the kaziʿasker, to the beylerbeys, mullahs and financial officials, to the kadis, etc. ; we find, on folio 22 recto, the text of the account of events which happened in 1132 AH (1719-1720); the text and translation of the passport of the pasha of Salonika, in 1139 (1726) [folio 57]; the figure of the circles of the sky and the climates of the earth (folio 58 recto).
