In f. 1, perhaps in the hand of the copyist, read, in Turkish, a couplet of Uṣūlī and a chapter al-bāb al-s̱ānī fī l-asmā va l- ḥurūf taken from Favāʾid al-laṭīfa. In f. 1v an Arabic bayt of abiyyāt al-badīʿ with its Persian translation by Kātibī, and, from another hand, a Turkish ġazal and bayt; in f. 2, brief notes in Turkish; in f. 2v, a Turkish qaṣīda maṣnūʿa giving the name Nišānī Bēg; a Turkish couplet to f. 3 and, in f. 3 and 4, verses (Amīn, etc.) and notes in Turkish. In the margin of f. 5v, two Turkish bayt of Ḥamdī. In f. 50, two Turkish bayt, one of which is from Navʿī In f. 1 and 77v, Ottoman notes give the dates of the end and 25 Rabīʿ II d 977H. (/beginning of October 1569). In f. 1 reads the ex-libris of Ḥāǧǧī Ḥusayn Anonymous and undated copies. Nos. I and II are in the same hand, in Ottoman Nastaʿlīq script of 17 lines per page; headings; advertisements. Written surface 65 × 140 mm. Ms. of 110 × 175.. (comp. ms. B.N. Turc 94, 306, etc.). Incipit: ای کشاینده ممالک جود تاجدار عسا کر موجود (...) Explicit: (...) اولدي تاریخی کو شومه الهام عالیا مهریله مه اولدي تمام م. Seems to be one of ms. brought back from Constantinople by Savary de Brèves (d. 1628), who was ambassador there from 1591 to 1606, and the inscription “Sera poenitentia homini non prodest” by f. 3 appears from his hand. The ms. is among those who were seized in 1640 from Gabriel Sionita; a scratched notice on f. 3 ("de quibusdam poetis persis...") appears in the hand of Sionita himself or Abraham Ecchellensis (comp. ms. Persian 144 or Persian 215) and, at the bottom of f. 1, shows the initials of the auctioneer Boissy. It then formed part of the library of G. Gaulmin, who covered the upper back cover with notes, and it bears in the v° of the last guard the initials of the two people who made the inventory of his books and the number "four hundred and nineteen". A notice signed by Armain (n° 445) has been inserted at the top. Full parchment binding with Greek spine and gilded edges (compare to Persan 351).

Taşıyıcı Ortam/Materyal Papier oriental vergé à pontuseaux groupés par trois (f. 1, 3, 4, 13, etc.), à grosses vergeures (f. 2, 5, 12, 14, etc.), ou papier européen (f. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, etc.) de différents types (à filigrane à chapeau, comparable au type n° 3417 de Briquet aux f. 21, 29 ; contremarque au f. 40 ; lettres (?) surmontées d'une croix au f. 44). 77 feuillets. Certains feuillets sont teintés en saumon (f. 2, 5, 12, 14, etc.), d'autres en bleu (f. 6, 8, 9, 11, etc.). Un premier cahier (f. 1-3) est suivi de 5 quinions (f. 4-53) et de quatre cahiers, un quaternion, 2 ternions et un binion. Le f. 36v est resté blanc et les marges des f. 14 et 36 ont été découpées.
