There was some confusion in some of the pages of the copy, since the original was that this was the first part of Al-Fath, but some things happened that led to the copy being transferred between all parts of the book. These are examples of that: The first part ended at folio (21), and the third was on folio (24), and at folio (211) the date of dictation of the compiler for the seventh part came, as stated, “The end of the seventh part of the author’s parts,” its author said, “I finished dictating it on the third, of Dhul-Qi’dah, in the year seventeen hundred and eight, may God help.” I have to complete it,” and the cover has some benefits. | Date of death of the copyist: 896 AH. | The date of completion of the book's writing was confirmed from the Library of the Chief Writer, No. (194); It was stated in it: “The author, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said that his collection, Ahmad bin Ali, was completed... on the first day of Rajab Al-Farad in the year one hundred and eight forty-two, except for what he added to this booklet on the twelfth of Rajab of that year. He collected the introduction in the year thirteen and began explaining it in the beginning of the year seventeen, and praise be to God.”

Praise be to God who has enlightened the hearts of the people of Islam with guidance and poked the hearts of those who are tyrannical, so that they will never comprehend wisdom... Now that I have begun what I intended from explaining Al-Jami’ Al-Sahih... I called it Fath Al-Bari bi Sharh Al-Bukhari. ...Chapter: Yabadiyyah...the end of the ninth part...followed by the chapters on facing the qiblah.
