"Kitâbu Faslü'l-Hitâb te'lîfi kutbü'l-ârifîn Hâce Muhammed Pârsâ kuddise sirruhu'l-azîz" was written in broken calligraphy on the 1ᵃ page before the beginning of the work. On this page, there are two Persian couplets written slantingly near the upper left corner. Faslü'l-Hitâb is written on the 1ᵇ page, where the work begins. It is seen that the work was written with a ta'lîk line in the form of breaking. Punctuation marks are added, some words at the beginning of sentences are crossed out in red. There are some explanatory notes and correction records in the margins of the pages. Some of these notes are written in red. After the text ends on the right pages, a word indicating how the next page will begin is written, that is, the book is reddâdeli. In the ferağ record at the end of the work, it is stated that it was completed in the beginning of Muharram in 1007 in the Shah Melik Zawiya.
