Notes In the preparer’s card, the date of writing is Wednesday 7 Sha’an 1167 AH. How can this be so when the author died in the year 702 AH?? The copyist wrote its text in black ink in general, and used yellow ink to write the texts of the noble Prophet’s hadiths. He also used black ink to write the number of the hadith in clear script ((and in writing everything he wanted to clarify in red, such as: ((the third side)), ((the seventy-sixth)) and ((the one hundred and thirty-second)), inside double tables colored in red ink). The first of these is to restrict the dedication of Muhammad Abd al-Hayy, as it appears from it that the Hanbali Mufti In Mecca, Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Humaid 1pg 99 gave him this copy, and he read it to him in Mecca in Dhul-Qa’dah in the year 1292 AH. It is known that Muhammad Abd al-Hay died in India in the year 1294 AH, which shows that this copy was copied in Yemen, because Muhammad bin Ali Al-Omrani had read it and benefited from it, and he dated it to Sha’an 23 of the year. 1234 AH, as appears at the end of it: For its abrogation, see: Brockelman 2/63 and its appendix 2/66, and see No.: 295 (ID: 10033). He is the author of As-Shub al-Waabilah. See about him: Scholars of Najd through Eight Qurun by Al-Basam, 2nd ed., 6/189.
Sample Text And after that, understanding in religion is a status whose honor and exaltation are not hidden, and its stars and lights are not hidden from the mind, and the highest of it after understanding the revealed Book of God is searching for the meanings of the hadith of His Prophet sent, because by this the rules are established and the foundation is established, and from it comes the meeting and the analogy is established.
