Likely made by Jan, Claes and Aris van der Ley in Zaandik, Netherlands. Dluwang paper used in spine lining and first and last two folios. Leather binding with tooling, with fore edge flap.

Part 3 of a multiple-text manuscript, a collective volume of eight texts bound together and written in one hand. Based on the interlinear Javanese translations and marginal comments, and the content of the volume, this manuscript was possibly used by a student as a text book taught in a pesantren (Islamic school) in Indonesia., This is a short description and explanation on the two words of testimony (Islamic creed, Shadahtain, Syahadatain), written in Arabic with no comment or translation.
