| یادداشتها | مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر دوستی مدیران بر ارتقای رفتارهای سازمانی مثبت کارکنان اداری انجام شده است. روش تحقیق توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی می باشد. با استفاده از نمونه گیری طبقه ای، 172 نفر از کارکنان اداری دانشگاه بوعلی سینا به صورت تصادفی برای مطالعه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده های پژوهش از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد دوستی مدیران و رفتارهای سازمانی مثبت استفاده شد. داده های تحقیق پس از جمع آوری با استفاده از نرم افزارهای آماری Lisrel و SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که وفای به تعهد، همدردی، مشارکت و حسن خلق با رفتارهای سازمانی مثبت رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارد. اما رعایت حق و عدالت و بسط ذهن با رفتارهای مثبت سازمانی رابطه معناداری نداشت. در نتیجه یکی از عوامل مؤثر بر ارتقای رفتارهای سازمانی مثبت کارکنان ادارات، توجه به خوشرفتاری مدیران در دانشگاهها است. |
