| متن نمونه | هدف از این پژوهش ارزیابی شاخصهای مدیریت اسلامی در انتخاب و انتصاب مدیران مدارس شهرستان دیواندره است. روش این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه معلمان مقاطع مختلف تحصیلی شهرستان دیواندره تشکیل می دادند و گروه نمونه 278 نفر از معلمان به روش تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه گیری تحقیق، منابع کتابخانه ای و پرسشنامه تهیه شده توسط محقق بود. مبانی نظری تحقیق، آیات قرآن، روایات امامان معصوم(ع) و نهجالبلاغه قابل توجه بوده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که در انتخاب مدیران مدارس به شاخص هایی مانند ارزش گرایی، شهرت و تخصص مدیران توجه کافی نشده و معلمان آنها را نامطلوب تشخیص داده اند. اما مدیران را در شاخصهای استثنایی مانند اخلاق کاری، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و اداری رضایت بخش ارزیابی کردند و توافق کردند که در انتخاب و انتصاب مدیران مدارس این شاخصها لحاظ شده است. |
