The main purpose of the current research is to investigate the relationship between Islamic work ethics and creativity of office workers in Kazeroon city. The research is descriptive (correlational) in which 65 employees of Kazeroon city offices were selected as a sample based on Cochran's formula and cluster random sampling method. The tools used in this research included two Islamic work ethics questionnaires by Ali (2001) and Randsip's creativity, both of which had acceptable validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed using t correlation coefficient tests and multivariate regression. The findings showed that there is a significant relationship between Islamic work ethics and employees' creativity (r=0.56, ρ<0.01). Also, the results obtained from the t-test also show that there is no significant difference between the Islamic work ethic of employees under 35 years of age and above (ρ=0.25, t=1.15). The results of multivariate regression analysis also showed that there is no significant relationship between gender, education level and work experience of employees and their level of Islamic work ethics.
