Sample Text This study examines the effects of human resources management processes and organizational learning, which are considered to be effective on perceived performance, and the mediating effect of organizational learning on the effect of human resources management processes on perceived performance. Within the scope of the research, data collected from 220 people working in 18 different businesses, including from the information technologies and communication sector, were subjected to hierarchical regression analysis. The research results show that human resources management processes have an effect on perceived performance, and also that there is a mediating effect of organizational learning on the effect of human resources management processes on perceived performance. This study aims to reveal the effect of human resource management practices and organizational learning on perceived performance, an also mediational effect of organizational learning on the relationship between human resource management practices and perceived performance. The data was gathered from 18 different enterprises, 220 employees that are working in information technology and communication sector. The data was analyzed by using hierarchical regression analysis. The results show that there is an effect of both human resource management practices and organizational learning on the perceived performance. Besides, organizational learning has a mediational effect on the relationship between human resource management practices and perceived performance.
