The aim of this study is to reveal the relationship between conflict, which constantly exists in organizations, and conflict management strategies and the impression management tactics used by employees. In this sense, the relationship between conflict management strategies and impression management tactics was investigated on 171 graduate students working in a public or private sector organization. In the study, the Rahim Organizational Inventory II (ROCI-II) scale developed by Rahim and the Monitoring Management Tactics scale developed by Bolino and Turnley (1999) and translated into Turkish by Basım (2006) were used. Evaluation of the data was done by correlation and regression analyses. The findings showed that compromise has a significant relationship with threat and self-ingratiation, which are impression management tactics. In addition, a significant relationship was found between domination, threat and integration with job ownership, self-love and job ownership. Avoidance has not been found to have a significant relationship with any impression management tactic. Conflict and conflict management is a permanent issue among organizations. The aim of this research is to find out the relationship between conflict management strategies and impression management tactics. According to this point, we examine the relationship between conflict management strategies and impression management tactics on 171 master degree students who are currently working at public or private sector Company. In this research we use the Rahim Organizational Inventory II (ROCI-II) and an impression management tactics scale which is developed by Bolino and Turnley (1999) and translated to Turkish by Basım (2006). We used correlation and regression analyzes for evaluations. We found that, there is a relationship between cooperation factor, intimidation and self-promotion. In addition, domination factor between intimidation and job involvement, integration factor and self-promotion. There was no related factor with avoidance.
