Notes
(There is no limit) in it due to the suspicion of the continuation of the marriage, and the waiting period is required for him, as if he divorced his wife and then had intercourse with her during the waiting period. (Chapter on marrying a polytheist) is: an infidel of whatever religion he is (he converted to Islam from the Book or someone else) like a pagan or a Magian (and below him is from the Book and his marriage lasted) for the permissibility of a Muslim marrying her, (or) he converted to Islam and under him (a pagan or a Magian so she left behind) him, i.e. she did not convert to Islam with him. (Before consummation, the separation was concluded) between them, (or after it, and she converted to Islam during the waiting period, his marriage lasted, otherwise) meaning: And if she did not acknowledge it by insisting on its expiration (then the separation) between them occurred (from) the time (of his conversion to Islam)... (and it is forbidden to sell it, mortgage it, or give it away) so none of that is valid, and in the mortgage there is an authority over the sale (even if she is born from a husband or adultery, then the child is emancipated to the master upon his death as she is) according to her right to freedom, (And her children before the birth from adultery or from a husband are not emancipated upon the death of the master, and he has the right to sell them) because they occurred before the mother’s freedom was established, (and the woman born from capital is emancipated). If the birth occurred during a death illness, it comes down to the status of consuming money by spending it on pleasures and desires, and her emancipation takes precedence over debts, and God knows best.
