A chapter on the ruling on writing and bearing witness, the honor of document science, the description of the notary, and the etiquette he needs. The author of Al-Manhaj Al-Fa’iq said: Know, may God grant us success in obeying Him, that the scholars, may God be pleased with them and pleased with them, differed regarding the ruling on writing and witnessing. Their majority was of the view that enjoining it is a matter of recommendation and guidance for preserving money and removing doubt.
