The f. 1 and 130 are in parchment and come from another manuscript in Hebrew characters. The f. 130 is mounted upside down. The first leaves and particularly f. A are very damaged (holes and nibbles). Dimensions: . Numbering of the notebooks in Hebrew letters in the upper right corner on the back of the sheet. The manuscript must have originally included at least 25 notebooks as evidenced by the numbering (notebook no. 25 on f. 127). The text gap must be between the f. 77v (book number 8) and 96v (book number 22). With the exception of the first notebook of four bifolios (f. 1-8v), the notebooks seem to have been composed of 10 bifolios. These are extracts from the medical aphorisms of Maimonides in Arabic in Hebrew characters: Books I to IX towards the end, part of book XXIV and a large part of book XXV. But the text remains incomplete (see the composition of the notebooks in the material description). The two sheets of parchment contain the text of a Latin-Greek-Hebrew medical glossary: the entries are written in square letters of Sephardic type, of a larger module than the definitions which are in rabbinic writing of the same type in light brown ink. A between the fs. 1 and 2 bear traces of owners' marks, an act of sale of the manuscript as well as a date which could not be restored with precision.
