At the head of the volume is a table containing the names of the tribes and the number of tents or families of which each of them is composed.
Sample Text Fatḥ Allah had accompanied, as interpreter, a Piedmontese named Théodore Lascaris, who was charged, it is said, by Napoleon I, with exploring the countries between Syria and the borders of Persia, and establishing political relations with the nomadic tribes of this region. At the head of the volume is a table containing the names of the tribes and the number of tents or families of which each of them is composed.
