In f. 112, in the margin, glosses taken from the commentary on the Gulistān by Surūrī Čalabī and Šamʿī Čalabī. In f. 1v, verses in Arabic; in f. 2, in Turkish; in f. 2v, note in Turkish, repeated. In f. 3, Turkish verses from Navāʾī, verses from Firdawsī, from Čūpān-nāma, from Niz̤āmī. In f. 149 and 150v, songs in Turkish. In f. 149v, Arabic and Turkish verses, and in f. 151v, name of “the late” Sultan Bāyazid Yildirim In f. 3 reads the ex-libris of Ḥasan Sīvāsī. In f. 1 and 149v, notes mention Aḥmad Afandī, “glory of the masters” (faẖr al-mudarrisīn) and mention the name of the village of Qizilča. The three pieces are by the same hand; anonymous copies; No. I was completed (f. 126) in 963H. ; No. II is without date; No. III was completed (f. 148) in 953H. in the Vidin Fortress (Qalʿa-i Vidīn-i guzīn), in present-day Bulgaria. Ottoman Nastaʿlīq writing of 17 lines per page; advertisements; headings and words highlighted in red. Written surface 100 × 155 mm approx. Ms. of 135 × 210.. Treatise (Kitāb) on Persian verbs, divided into one muqaddima and two Kitāb. In fact, it contains f. 131 a faṣl fi bayān al-ams̱āla al-muṭaridda, and, from f. 133, an alphabetical list of Persian verbs, translated into Turkish, but which only goes as far as the form raftan. This treatise begins only at line 6 of f. 127. It is preceded directly, for an unknown reason, by the reproduction of a passage from Exhibit No. III of the present collection (exactly the one which goes from line 17 of f. 144 to line 16 of f. 144v). Incipit f. 127: ... اولان کلمات مشتقه نک طریق اشتقاقن وامثلۀ مطردّه ومختلفه سن بیان ایدر باب اوّل مصادر و مضارع صیفه لرین بیان ایدر — باب مقدمه الکتاب (... Explicit: (...) رسیدن ارشمک رسد رفتن کتمک رود رفتن سپرمک تم تم تم. acquired in Constantinople in 1674, for 2 piastres ½ per de la Croix for the Colbert library (cf. Omont, Archaeological Missions in the Orient, Paris, 1902, I, p. 241). In f. 1, a note in the hand of Pétis [the father] indicates that "this book (...) was sent from Constantinople to Monseigneur Colbert by Sr. de la Croix, secretary of Monsieur Nointel, Ambassador of France at the Porte du Grand Seigneur, and received in January 1675, A notice signed by Armain (n° 234) is inserted at the top.. Bound in marbled calfskin". fawn hot stamped with a roulette border and, on the red morocco back, the royal cipher L.L.

Traité (Kitāb) sur les verbes persans, divise en une muqaddima et deux Kitāb. En fait, il contient f. 131 un faṣl fi bayān al-ams̱āla al-muṭaridda , et, à partir du f. 133, une liste alphabetétique de verbes persans, traduits en turc, mais qui va seulement jusqu'à la forme raftan. Ce traité commence seulement à la ligne 6 du f. 127. Il est précédé directemente, pour une raison inconnue, de la reproduction d'un passage de la pièce n° III du present recueil (exactement celui qui va de la ligne 17 du f. 144 à la ligne 16 du f. 144v). Incipit f. 127: ... the book on the introduction of waki, the chapter is arranged in order, but the introduction of the word is worn out, the first words are derived, do not look at the way of derivation and the correct and different examples of the age of the statement, in the first chapter, the sources and participles of the adjectives, the words of the statement, the chapter of the introduction of the book.
