The last notebooks are detached from the spine., H. blank: Initial and end guard leaves, 1st, 157v-159v, 189v-191v, 233v., H. damaged, mutilated, loose: Loose: initial guard leaves, ff. 1-5, 215-217, 226-end, H. missing or additions: Probably from first and last notebook, blank., Foliation: 1-233.
