Notes
A precious copy incomplete from the beginning. The copyist was careful to write it in the beautiful, clear thuluth script, and he compared it to the original from which it was copied. One of its sides was damaged by dirt and destroyed parts of the text. The text was written in it in dark brown, tangy, viscous ink in general, on a Levantine-made ink in which the narrow, primitive watercolor parallel lines appear. At the beginning of it is a restriction of possessions and a loan, which is: his property from the bounty of his benevolent Lord, Muhammad ibn Faisal Al Saud, may God forgive him, his parents, and all Muslims, Amen. It was written in Shawwal of the year 1287. A similar restriction appears at the end of it, and at the end of it appears a restriction on endowment, which is: “In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The one who looks at it and the one who grants it knows that Muhammad bin Faisal endowed this book, which is the third part of the Sunnah curriculum, after it was established in his possession for the sake of God Almighty, seeking His satisfaction and reward for students of knowledge, with a valid and legal endowment that cannot be sold, not given, or given away.” It is mortgaged and the consideration is for him for the duration of his life, and the one who borrowed it has no right to conceal it from the one who has the possession of it or his representative after him. Whoever changes it after he has heard it, the sin is upon those who change it. Indeed, God is All-Hearing, All-Knowing. This was witnessed by Abdul-Aziz bin Salih bin Murshid, Ibrahim Al-Quwaizani, and its writer, Abdul-Aziz bin Salih Al-Sayrami, edited on the 19th of Shawwal in the year 1278. This restriction also appears in the copy of Al-Sharh Al-Kabir by Ibn Qudamah and in Madarij Al-Salikeen by Ibn Al-Qayyim. Abd al-Aziz bin Saleh was mentioned incidentally in the Scholars of Najd 2/531 and he called him: Al-Sarami. Al-Bassam was translated by Abd al-Aziz bin Saleh bin Murshid in the Scholars of Najd 2/469 and Muhammad bin Othman in Rawdat al-Nadhir 1/273, and they said: He died in Hail in the year 1324 AH, and in a narration in Riyadh that also contains a metaphorical restriction, which is: “A nude for me by Sheikh Abd al-Rahman bin Hassan,” and Abd Al-Rahman bin Hassan, he is Abd al-Rahman bin Hassan bin Muhammad bin Abd al-Wahhab. Muhammad bin Othman translated his story in Rawdat al-Nadhir 1/201 and said: He died in the year 1285 AH.
Metin Başı (İncipit)
"... لعدم الإرث فانتفت أحكامه كلها والتحريم من أحكامه والذين أنكروها قالوا أحكام تختلف فيثبت لبعض الانساب من الأحكام ما لا يثبت لبعض فباب التحريم يتناول ما شمله اللفظ ولو مجازا حتى تحرم بنت البنت ...".

Metin Sonu (Explicit)
"... وكذلك قوله من آذاني في عترتي فإن إيذاء رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم حرام في عترته وأمته وسنته وغير ذلك تم هذا الجزؤ بعون الله وقدرته ومنته ... يتلوه الجزء الرابع وهو الفصل الأول قال الرافضي فلينظر العاقل أي الفريقين أحق بالأمن والحمد لله رب العالمين وصلى الله على محمد خير المرسلين ".
