Notes	A complete, modern copy of the original from which it was copied, as appears in the few corrections of the interview fixed in the footnotes. It was in the library of Ahmad Khairy, may God have mercy on him and us, as is evident from the library seal that appears in it in the year 1365 AH, which is the year he owned it. He wrote the text in black viscous (Chinese) ink in general, and the copyist used red ink in writing the annotated text and the breaks of the verses in the form of three overlapping Arabic borders. A French-made cup that shows parallel lines and the trademark watermark. It is in the shape of a shield and inside it is a crescent with a human face.
Metin Başı (İncipit)	((حمداً لمن أبرز الإنسان في أبدع الأشكال.. أما بعد فإن شيخنا وشيخ مشايخنا الإمام.. الأستاذ أحمد الشهير بالملوي. قد جمع ضروب أشكال المنطق الأربعة في ثلاثة أبيات وبيَّن ما يتعلق بها في شرحه على السلم بأوضح العبارات غير أنه لم يتكلم على ما يتعلق بتركيبها لكونه ليس مقصوراً بالذات فصار لوقته معناه خفياً بسهم الإشارات.
