Notes
The footnotes are heavy with texts. Indeed, there were many paper clippings between the pages commenting on the texts, and their number reached thirty clippings, which were counted by the person who carried out the restoration from the original manuscript. In addition, he added to the manuscript two pages preceding the title page that included some benefits and properties. The number of pages numbered according to this numbering reached 394, and their authenticity was 362 BC. The page marked 136A contains an endowment text in the form: “The endowment of this book by Hajj Sibghatullah Effendi.” A valid endowment, explicit confinement, and the condition of guardianship of his male children, generation after generation, and after them to the scholars of Amed, and I have ruled that it is valid after God, the Lord, as a caliphate in the city of Amed, and below it is the conclusion, “Servant of the Sharia, Saadullah.” The text was generally written in shiny black tan ink, and the titles of chapters and chapters were sometimes written in red ink on thick-grained paper with parallel lines containing a watermark consisting of a circle with two triangles inside it. The correct title of the manuscript was stated in Al-Rawqa 3A is in a thin handwriting. As for the title in the introduction, it is a distorted title, given that the book (The Symbol of Truths in Sharh Kanz al-Daqa’iqa’) by Badr al-Din al-Aini, who died in 855 AH, is not the manuscript that we have. It has also been noted that there is forgery in the date of copying of the manuscript, which does not match the date of the author’s death, and it is most likely that this was for the purpose of giving the copy an antiquity.
Metin Başı (İncipit)
