Notes A complete copy.#The title translated from the index.#- It has white in more than one place. | Date of death of the copyist: He was alive in 883 AH. | In the author’s handwriting at the end of the copy of the Holy Mosque, which is numbered (1141), it is stated that the date of the composition is: (The oath of its author and ruler was empty, to the mercy of his rich Lord, Abu Muhammad Mahmoud bin Ahmad Al-Aini, who composed and underlined this part. The twenty-first from Umdat Al-Qari in Al-Bukhari’s explanation, with which the explanation was completed, with the grace, help, kindness, and generosity of God, at the end of the first third of the night of Saturday, the fifth of the month of Jumada Al-Awwal, in the year forty-seven. Eight hundred years after the Prophet’s migration, and I began writing it at the end of the month of Rajab al-Asab in the year eight hundred and twenty, and I finished the first part on Monday the sixteenth of the holy month of Dhul-Hijjah in the year eight hundred and twenty, and I finished the second part on Tuesday the seventh of the month of Jumada al-Akhira in the year eight hundred and twenty-one, and I finished the third part on Friday the eighth of Jumada al-Awwal in the year eight hundred and thirty-three, after I had stayed in it for half a year, and there was an absence between the second. The third was sixteen years or more, and I finished the fourth on Tuesday, the ninth of Rabi’ al-Akhir in the year eight hundred and thirty-nine. Then I continued writing and composing until the aforementioned date of the twenty-first, and the period of my time in writing was ten years, with many days interspersed within it. Sample Text Chapter on fasting on the Day of Arafah, i.e.: This is a chapter on explaining the ruling on fasting on the Day of Arafat, and since the hadiths contained in him regarding the encouragement of fasting according to his conditions were not proven, he was vague and did not explain the ruling. Musaddad narrated to us... on the authority of Umm al-Fadl bint al-Harith that people disputed with her on the Day of Arafah about the Prophet’s fasting, peace be upon him, and some of them said, “He is fasting.” It conforms to the translation in that it clarifies the ambiguity in the translation, and the assessment is: Chapter on fasting on the day of Arafah is not recommended... ... (S) Chapter on using cows for plowing (Sh) That is, this is a chapter on explaining the ruling on cows using plowing... And her saying, “I was created for ploughing, is not limited to it, and since there are two benefits in it, eating and ploughing, the benefit of eating and ploughing is mentioned.” Plowing is because it is farther in the mind than the benefit of eating, and because eating was prescribed for the rider, unlike plowing. In fact, he may have thought that it was inconceivable to him, so I warned him about it without eating. And God knows best. We have accomplished this blessed part... It will be recited, God willing, in the part that follows it, a chapter on when he said, “The bees or something else will protect me with him.”
