The second part ended on page 260 and began with the third part in a different font on page 262 - - - This copy is full of corrections, comments, and footnotes. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

(The Book of Sales)...Chapter on what was stated in the words of God Almighty: {Then when the prayer has been completed, spread out over the land and seek of God’s bounty until the end of the Surah, and His saying: {Do not consume your wealth among yourselves unjustly unless it is trade by mutual consent of yours} Abu Al-Yaman told us...that Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, said: You say: Indeed, Abu Hurairah talks a lot about the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace... ...(Chapter: If it is burned Should a Muslim polytheist be burned)... Yahya bin Bukayr told us, Al-Layth told us, on the authority of Yunus, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of Saeed bin Al-Musayyab, and Abu Salamah, that Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “An ant pinched a prophet from among the prophets, so he ordered the village of ants to be burned, so God revealed to him: If you pinched an ant, you burned a nation of nations praising God Almighty. Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds. It will be read, God willing, in the chapter on burning houses and palm trees
