This is the fifth volume of a fragmentation of ten parts of Fath al-Bari to explain al-Bukhari, written at the beginning of the manuscript as Fawa’id. At the beginning there is an index of the contents of the book. The copy is very valuable, as it is a copy of the first and second parts of it that were read in the lesson of Sheikh Najm al-Din al-Ghazi, and the copy was written at his command. Likewise, it was written in the second part, numbered (319), from the same library, and attached to the copy are sessions from the Sheikh’s lesson. I read this entire copy to Sheikh Saudi, the son of Sheikh Al-Ghazi, after the death of his father. | Date of death of the copyist: 1039 | The date of completion of the book's writing was confirmed from the Library of the Chief Writer, No. (194); It was stated in it: “The author, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said that his collection, Ahmad bin Ali, was completed... on the first day of Rajab Al-Farad in the year one hundred and eight forty-two, except for what he added to this booklet on the twelfth of Rajab of that year. He collected the introduction in the year thirteen and began explaining it in the beginning of the year seventeen, and praise be to God.”

The hadiths of the Resurrection and what came after the Hijrah and other marfoo’ hadiths included one hundred and twenty hadiths, of which one hundred and three hadiths were connected, and the rest were mu’allaqat... The fifth part of the book Fath al-Bari, Sharh al-Bukhari, was completed... It is followed by the sixth part, the beginning of which is the book Al-Maghazi.
