Notes While the theory of evolution in the post-modern period reduces human beings to forms that emerge in the developmental stage, technology has made humans an object of manipulation that is "open to improvement", thus the special position of the rational subject has been shaken. In anti-essentialist approaches, ideas about the blurring of the boundaries between humans and human-made technology have found a place in the philosophical agenda. The transhumanist movement, made possible by new technologies, has opened the door to the development of human beings in the process of evolution with technological intervention and a new understanding that goes beyond being human. But transhumanism does not undertake an adequate inquiry into the moral consequences of the ideals it puts forward. In this study, attention will be drawn to the gaps between the developing human conception and the philosophical and moral evaluations made in transhumanist thought, and the problems that these conceptions will confront us with in terms of certain virtues, especially in terms of justice, in the postmodern situation where the thought in question is unprepared, are generally pointed out. In the article, the criticisms that the transhumanist discourse, especially put forward by contemporary thinkers such as Ray Kurzweil, John Harris and Nick Bostrom, are insufficient to present the ideal of a just society, are evaluated in a philosophical framework, through the virtue of justice, also taking into account bio-power relations.
