Notes According to an Islamic unity discourse that has become evident in historical conditions, tawhid is not only the expression of the unity of Allah but also a social model as the unifying and organizing principle of the ummah. Although based on the relevant theoretical teachings of Islam, this discourse, which has become evident in historical conditions, tends to build and establish by distinguishing monotheism as the principle that gives a religious status to the community of faith and the ummah as the object of expression of this status. Although at first glance it seems that the discourse fits the object expressed as ummah, when looked at closely, it can be observed that it does not reflect the internal order of its object. The aim of this study, based on such an observation, is to analyze the discourse in question within the coordinates of a Foucauldian approach. Our study is organized in two stages. In the first stage, "Allah is one, the ummah should also be one." By subjecting the formation of the discourse in the form of a critical analysis to its relationship with the object it tries to establish or transform; We questioned the discourse's seemingly strong connection with the objective reality of the ummah. In the second stage, we explore what is buried in objective reality; We tried to reconstruct the discourse, which we pretended to question before, from a sociological perspective by defining its legitimate and possible relations with the object. His discourse revealed through this essay is "Allah is one, the ummah can be together, not as one." We described it as:
