Notes	The first issue discussed in this article is whether the fact that a hadith that is considered sound in hadith sources according to the standards of narration sciences does not find the same response in the eyes of fuqaha is valid on the scale of Sahîhayn and, if so, whether such narrations that are not ma'mûl have reached a meaningful number. In the research carried out on the content of Kitâbu't-Tahara, the approaches of Bukhari and Muslim to the narrations of the mentioned nature are discussed in a comparative manner, by making use of the methods of classifying their works. Seven narrations or groups of narrations that exist in the Sahih, but which the three fiqh sects do not act unanimously, have been identified, and it has been seen that almost all of them are included in the Sahih Muslim, while Bukhari only includes three of them. In terms of their perspective on these seven narration groups, it has been concluded that it would be more appropriate to see Muslim, rather than Bukhari, as the representative of the school that we can call ahl al-hadith, which approaches hadiths literally in general terms. The study also provides examples of the error of making generalizations with expressions similar to the companions of hadith when expressing an opinion or judgment. Studying this subject, which is discussed on an article scale, independently and in a way that includes the entire Sahih hayr will yield better results.
