Hasr is a concise, powerful and superior literary style that is frequently used in the Quran. Thanks to this style, it is expressed that something is found in a certain thing and not in another. There are almost no studies on hasr style in Turkish language and rhetoric. The lack of information caused by this situation causes significant language and expression problems in translations. There is a loss of meaning in the meanings of the verses that come with hasr, and the divine wisdom and purpose that require a certain way of saying hasr are also lost. There are some publications that examine the meanings in terms of hasr. The difference of this research from them is that it is solution-oriented rather than the determination of the problem. The research outlines the ways of hasr in Turkish rhetoric and thus allows to overcome the language and expression problems seen in expressing hasr in translations. In addition, it suggests Turkish styles that are equivalent or close to the hasr styles of the Quran. Twenty translation books of classical, academic and social-based nature were examined in the research. In the criticism of the translations, Turkish grammar books, Ottoman and Turkish dictionaries, as well as Arabic and Ottoman rhetorical sources and major commentaries were consulted.
