Religious education and religious services practices, which emerge as spiritual/religious support and guidance in the context of social service in Turkey, are carried out through protocols signed between the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Family and Social Services, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency and the Presidency of Religious Affairs (DİB). This research is about the self-efficacy perceptions of religious officials assigned to various social service areas of the Ministry of Family and Social Services. Researching the self-efficacy perceptions of religious officials is important in terms of revealing the need to work in a wide range of areas, from making determinations regarding their professional development to developing religious education and services training programs that will meet the needs of the target audience. Qualitative research method was used in this study. The research was structured within the framework of interviews conducted with religious officials assigned to provide religious education and services in the service areas of the Ministry of Family and Social Services in Kırıkkale province.
