Good deeds are the transformation of the understanding of value that faith brings to people into concrete action. Human beings, who are endowed with the ability to take conscious actions, continue their development by preserving the value assigned to them with the life plan they have built under the guidance of religion, which is a set of provisions sent to them by Almighty Allah. In this respect, good deeds are not only the manifestation of faith on concrete actions, but also its protector. There is no doubt that the need for the guidance of knowledge is needed in gaining the awareness of good deeds, which is emphasized in the Holy Quran and repeated as a requirement of perfect faith. According to Islamic belief, organizing life in accordance with the purpose of existence is only possible through assumptions based on correct information. It is proven by many events and sociological facts witnessed by history that value judgments based on pure desires and enthusiasm are not sufficient to reach absolute good and morality. Therefore, it has been laid down as a divine law that when human beings emerge onto the stage of existence, they are guided by the guidance of revelation and their behavioral forms are shaped by the example of messengers who are human beings like themselves. Good deeds are generally defined as a concept that expresses the kind of behavior that religion encourages to be good, beneficial, correct and profitable for the person in terms of looking at the afterlife. Islamic sciences in general and fiqh in particular have a decisive place in transforming good deeds, which is an Islamic term, into action in line with the purpose of religion by creating a knowledge-based rational basis in the individual's mind. As a matter of fact, fiqh represents a methodological effort that guides the individual to know the reasons and wisdom of deriving the provisions that will benefit him in this world and the hereafter from religious evidence. In this context, the science of fiqh is important in many aspects, such as the determination of the righteous deed aspect of the religious address, the regulation of human actions in accordance with the purpose of religion, the determination of measures, limits and priorities in the rights and obligations between the creator and the servant, giving a dimension to legal relations between individuals that encourages moral and spiritual gain, preserving the measures and balances in acts of worship, and the idea of goodness not remaining in the individual plan but becoming widespread by turning into a social movement. It can be said that he made significant contributions to the shaping of the idea of righteous deeds. From past to present, the drifts and negative consequences caused by claims of good deeds far from the guidance of fiqh within Islamic societies have been constantly experienced. Such sociological facts confirm the fact that every individual who desires to achieve the prosperity of this worldly life and the beauties of the hereafter cannot remain indifferent to the guidance of the science of fiqh within the scope of trying to put forward actions in accordance with the spirit of religion. As a matter of fact, every individual who desires "good deeds" must take these two basic prerequisites into consideration in the actions they take. The first of these is that the action is right in the eyes of religion; The second is that it is sincere and made for God. Accordingly, the mere fact that it is done with sincere feelings is not enough to qualify an action as "righteous"; the action is also expected to comply with the legitimacy criteria of religion. At this point, the emphasis in the first definitions of fiqh, "Knowing the things that are for and against a person", reveals the fact that the person must perform the behaviors that will benefit and harm worldly and otherworldly, according to the criteria of correctness established based on a certain procedure and knowledge systematic. In this study, the importance of the guidance of fiqh in the construction of a virtuous society is tried to be revealed by discussing the ways in which the science of fiqh, which aims to make human actions compatible with the spirit of religion by arranging the Sharia provisions on a rational basis based on authentic religious references, contributes to the formation of the thought of good deeds in the individual, with some illustrative examples.
