The main goal is for the addressee to realize the subjects explained in the training at the intended level. Many strategies, approaches, methods and techniques are used to achieve this goal. One of these methods is the use of stories to understand the content. It is of great importance to use this method in teaching abstract concepts and subjects, which are especially prevalent in religious education. Said Nursi, who largely deals with faith issues in his works, adopted the method of explaining the content he wrote with representations. In this way, he used the storytelling method in his treatises to bring the meaning closer to the reader, while dealing with topics that are widely discussed and difficult to understand in the Islamic scientific tradition. He tried to reduce the topics he explained using the analogy method to mind with stories containing facts that the interlocutor is familiar with. In this way, he addressed the information he aimed to provide in the interlocutor, especially regarding Allah, angels, the afterlife and other imam principles. According to him, the method of representation has a feature that brings distant truths closer and gathers scattered issues in the mind. He used this method in all his books, especially in his work titled Sözler. Considering the level of benefiting from the books of the potential addressee, it seems that he has largely succeeded in this.
