Notes The work called al-Câmiu's-sahîh, written by Bukhari, who was born in Bukhara and died in Samarkand and who became the pinnacle of the science of hadith by writing the book that is considered a reliable source, reveals his authority in hadith as well as his identity in the science of fiqh/usul. Because he used a method that reveals his views on both fiqh and methodology in the chapter headings of his book, which are expressed as terâcim. Because of Bukhari's unique method of deduction, it has been said that "Bukhari's fiqh is in the headings of chapters". So much so that his contemporary scholars emphasized his identity as a jurist as well as being a great haddith. Our aim in this article is to identify and analyze the procedural thought system of Bukhari, who is the best representative of the people of hadith in the third century Hijri, who emphasizes fiqh al-hadith, based on the integrity of the Quran and Sunnah. Because Bukhari is a juristic hadith scholar who has a methodology that emphasizes the source authority of the Quran and Sunnah and defends the natural/obligatory relationship/integrity between the two sources by saying, "I do not know anything that is needed and not found in the Quran and Sunnah."
