Notes XV-XVI. In the centuries, the Ottoman Empire experienced a peak period in the fields of science, ideas and mysticism, as in every field. In this study, we will try to make a comparison of the Tefsir Treatise of Cemal Halvetî, who can be called the two cornerstones of the period, the founder of the Cemalî branch of Halvetism and one of the most important figures who saved Anatolia from Shiism, and the Advice Treatise of Zenbilli Ali Cemali Efendi, his uncle, the sheikh-ul-Islam of the period and the editor of the canons of the Suleiman period. Thus, in this peak period, we will strive to reveal how science and Sufism work together to raise the ideal person. During its rise and peak period, the Ottoman Empire, with very few exceptions, established a harmonious unity between madrasahs and lodges for the material and spiritual education of people. Both scholars, who tried to reveal the ways of becoming a Perfect Human Being, reached the same conclusion using different methods. When we look at it in terms of values education, the Ottoman Empire began to decline from the moment the madrasa-song-song-zawiya connection was broken.
