Notes Since some denied that the Arab component in Iraq had an organized collective presence in the “disputed areas” before the establishment of national rule in Iraq in 1921, it was necessary to search for Arab tribes and clans that possess the characteristic of a group, being a cohesive social organization based on several foundations, including the tribal group and having its own land known as Deira in those areas during the period that preceded the establishment of national rule in Iraq in 1921, and by relying on a number of primary sources from the period that were mostly published before the establishment of the rule. The National Center for Iraq, its source of information is direct research and investigation. The research has proven that Arab tribes and clans are present in all the districts described as (disputed), except for (Aqre and Telkeyf districts), in varying proportions from one district to another and from one period to another. Their presence in these areas is ancient, and was part of the natural movement of tribes and clans that were seeking to meet their necessary needs, and without political or administrative will on the part of the Ottoman Empire or one of its governors. The research proved that the (disputed) district centers include the majority of Iraqi components, and that they are different and variable from one district center to another, and that the Arabs form one of the components of those urban communities, with an unclear clan system. The research showed that the presence of the Yazidis in Mount Sinjar and the Turkmen in the city of Tal Afar, both of which are located west of the city of Mosul, does not necessarily mean the absence of Arab clans in both regions. Within the city of Sinjar there are no other Yazidis, but the Mount Sinjar chain and its environs included more than one Arab clan, and the Arab presence in the city of Tal Afar is small and does not have a clear clan organization, unlike the areas and wildernesses adjacent to the city of Tal Afar, which are settled by clans. There are many Arab countries, and the Arab tribes and clans have good relations and ties with their counterparts of other nationalities, and have not entered into violent clashes with them for the sake of control and possession of land. Whereas some people deny the Arab component in Iraq collective presence organization in the (disputed areas) before the establishment of the national government in Iraq in 1921, had to search for Arab tribes and clans in which the recipe group is available as a social organization coherent based on the foundations of several of them tribalism and her Land relates know Deira in those areas during the period that preceded the establishment of the national government in Iraq in 1921, and based on the inter girls primary sources and mostly published before the establishment of the national government in Iraq, the source of their information search and direct inquiry. Research has proven that the tribes and clans of Arabs exist in all districts described by (disputed), except (judicial Akre and Tilkaif) and varying degrees of time to spend and time to time, as their presence in these areas is old, was one of the natural movement of tribes and clans that were pursued to meet the necessary requirements, and without political will or administrative by the Ottoman Empire, or one and Adtha. The research proved that the district centers (disputed) comprises the majority of the components of Iraq and at different rates and variable spend one center to another, and the form of one of the components of those Arabs urban communities and the families of the system is uncertain. Research has shown that the presence of the Yazidis in Sinjar mountain and Turkmen in the city of Tal Afar, both of which are located west of the city of Mosul, not necessarily the lack of presence of Arab tribes in both regions does not mean, Within Sinjar city does not have a non-Yazidis, but Sinjar mountain chain and Sheba included more than one Arab tribe, and the Arab presence In a small city of Tal Afar and not thus organized clans and clear, unlike the areas adjacent to the city of Tal Afar, inhabited by many Arab tribes, and the Arab tribes and clans and villages relationships and links well with peers from other ethnic groups, and did not interfere with them in violent clashes for control of the acquisition on the ground
