Arabic summary of Galen of Pergamon's (Galen, d. ca 216) commentary on the
Aphorisms
(Kitāb al-fuṣūl) Hippocrates (Hippocrates, d. ca 370 BC) by Abū Sahl Sa‘īd ibn ‘Abd al-‘Azīz al-Nīlī (Abu Sahl Sa`id ibn Abd al-Aziz al-Nili, d. 1029). The summary is based on an earlier commentary by Abū Bakr Muḥammad ibn Zakarīyā al-Rāzī (Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Zakariya al-Rāzī; d. ca 925, see f. 2r, lines 3-5).
The text is defective at the end finishing abruptly during the commentary on Book Seven, Aphorism 54 (see Tytler ed., p. 65).

Dear Indigo, he is the one who invited me to summarize an interpretation
Galen's chapters of Hippocrates on the shortcomings of power and ability
I must come up with a system like this in beauty and explanation as long as I have seen
From the laziness of friends to look at great books and their inclination
To short abbreviations because they get bored quickly
Ends (f. 91v, lines 14-19):
Hippocrates said: If someone's brain is disturbed, it will happen to him in due time
Stroke [... the] summary is what most destabilizes the [..] the
When you fall hard from a high position, the force of [...]
And the same applies to the sound, if the brain is exhausted
