The copy is defective at end and ends abruptly with recipes calling for tuna.
Beginnings (f. 101r, lines 2-4):
Praise be to God, who has favored the human species over all creation and bestowed upon it an advantage
Say, “Msaz (?) forbade the adornment of God which He brought out His loved ones (?) and the medicinal provision of the provision which He expanded
He bestowed upon His servants His blessings.
Ends (f. 204v, lines 19-25, defective at end):

You take as much of the tuna as you want and put it in iron baskets and distort them
As I mentioned to you, you mix it with salt, oil, pureed broth, and crushed garlic
And pepper and cinnamon until it turns red and you can eat it as well if you want
You can make it in oil and cooked garlic, so do what you want and it will be delicious
