Treatise on the treatment of haemorrhoids by Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad al-Qawṣūnī (Muhammad ibn Muhammad al-Qusuni, known as Qīṣūnīzādah [Qīṣūnīzādah]), personal physician to the Ottoman sultans Suleiman I the Magnificent (Suleiman I, reg. 1520-66) and Selim II (Selim Thani, reg. 1566-74). The treatise is divided into four chapters and a conclusion. The title is found on folio 173r, line 13.
A list of chapter titles is found in the preface (f. 173r):
Chapter One: The nature of this disease, its divisions, causes and signs.
Chapter Two: Rules that must be followed those suffering from this disease with respect to diet and other things.
Chapter Three: Treatment of this disease (Chapter Three: Treatment of this illness, ff. 176v-181v);
Chapter Four: Simple drugs useful for this disease arranged alphabetically.
Conclusion: (Conclusion, announced in the list on folio 173r, but not found at the end of the text).
The text is followed by a short extract concerning haemorrhoids from a poem by al-Qawṣūnī (Manzum Qaisunzadeh, f. 185r).

We praise You, O God, who preserves the health of these bodies and who removes ailments and tools with mercy
To individuals of the human type, the poor servant, to God the Answerer, says, Muhammad ibn Muhammad ibn Muhammad al-Qasouni
Al-Qusouni, the doctor, may God Almighty forgive him. This is a nice letter containing topics
Sharifa relates to the illness known as hemorrhoids...
Ends (f. 184v, lines 3-5):
...The letter Ya is jasmine, an ointment mixed with incense
Incenses (!) for hemorrhoids, and their benefit increases. He uses milk to open the mouths of hemorrhoids
