| Notes | black — paper — Based on Rosen's copy. Books I–VI contain fol. 1–60. 182-219, 7-12 fol. 61-154, XIII. 14 fol. 156-181. Rosenius (1831 cf. f. 30r) seems to be the three Chambersians Codices (today Berl) appear to have been used. 66, 73, 72, because the signatures are the same like those described here. On sheets 221-232 there is the stamp of Books XIII. XIV. glued together. Devanagari script, I don't know by whom, was used as a codex created and imitated the custom of the Indians. Lassen worked in 1843 and 1844 on the book (f. 181. 220). (Lassen's writings (89-112) on Sanskrit literature as well as Pracritic, Pali and Bactrian were given to the library in 1870.) |
