The universe of the study contains four and fivestar hotels employees working in Cappadocia Region. The whole universe was included into the study. Data was collected using a questionnaire and 176 applicable questionnaires have been gathered at the end of the study. According to results of correlation analysis, it was found that there was a positive relationship between all dimensions of self concordance (external, introjected, identified, intrinsic) and job performance. The hierarchical regression analysis showed that while life satisfaction had a moderating role in the effect of identified self concordance on job performance, it had no effect when it comes to the relationship between other dimensions (external, introjected, intrinsic) of self concordance and job performance.
