The work was written in the name of Fatih Sultan Mehmet. Dîbâce consists of four sections named hasbihâl-nâme, kasâʻid and tevârîh, gazliyyât and mukattaʻât. The dîbâce section, located between pages 1-10, is entirely in Persian. In this section, there are 4 munacat, 1 naat, 1 miraç-nâme and 1 bahariye. In this introductory section, Hâmidî showed all his poetic power and power. Hasbihâl-nâme is the section that Hâmidi created with the greatest excitement and sensitivity. It is the part that allows us to see the poet's life in its most intimate, sincere and sincere stages (Ertaylan 1949: 32). In this section, which is between 10 and 56 pages, there are 38 masnavis, 3 ghazals and 5 odes. The kasâʻid and tevârîh section is considered the most valuable part of the work. It starts from page 57 and goes to the end of page 346. There are odes in Turkish and Persian here. In these eulogy examples, we witness Hamidi's scientific as well as literary aspects. History part; We can group them under the titles of conquest dates, mebânî dates, birth and death dates, and inscription dates. The ghazalliyyât and mukattaʻât section, located between pages 346-531, begins with munacât and naât. Ghazals are listed in alphabetical order. These poems reveal Hâmidi's lyrical side. The work is very important as it includes Hâmidi's adventure with his translation, as well as mentioning the inner scenes of the country and some historical topics such as "Gazel der feth" "Târîh-i Kara buğdan" and "Şeyh şüden i Hâin idi der" It constitutes a very valuable document to show social and economic situations such as "imâret" (Ertaylan 1949: 33). When we look at the work, we see that Hâmidi is not inferior to other poets living in his period and his poetic power is quite strong. Considering the linguistic features, it is concluded that the language of Turkish writings is simple, sincere and sincere. Although he wrote in a simple language, he used the themes and concepts of divan poetry and did not refrain from including literary arts. It is also possible to see the features of the Azerbaijani dialect in the work.
