Notes Dünbüli's Persian prose-verse work, which describes the wars and events from the accession of Feth Ali Shah to 1241. Written in a fluent style, the work describes Russia's first attack on Iran in detail. Since the author lived in the palace in Tabriz during this period, he based the war between Iran and Russia, which took place in the Caucasus and Azerbaijan, on first-hand sources. In his work, Dünbülî took Mîrzâ Bozorg Kaîmakam, one of the leaders of the bâzgeşt-i literary style, as an example, avoided ambiguous and difficult to understand words and expressions, and decorated his work with poems from beginning to end. This work was published as a lithograph in the Serbî printing house in Tabriz, one year before the author's death, that is, in 1241. The work was prepared by Molla Muhammed Bâkır-i Tabrizî, one of the famous people of the city of Tabriz. Since Dünbüli died at the beginning of the second Russian and Iranian war, this war was not included in the work, but Molla Muhammed added and published the work titled Târih-i Zülkarneyna, written by Hâverî-i Şîrâzî, at the end of the work in order to present this war to the reader. In 1351, Gulam Hüseyin Sadrî Efşâr republished the work in Tehran, taking the lithograph as an example. In most of the recent publications of this work, lithographs were taken as examples. In the introduction, the Iranian and Russian wars throughout history, the Dünbüli dynasty and the author's life were explained in detail, and at the end of the work, some agreements made by the Georgian governor and the Qajar court with France, Russia, England and the Ottomans were included. In 1383, Gulam Hüseyin Zergerî Nejâd published the researched version of this work in Tehran. Harford Jones Brydges translated this work into English in London in 1833 under the title The Dynasty of the Kajars. In this work, in which the Persian and Russian wars are discussed in detail, the author wrote some words differently from the popular form, expressed his own private thoughts, and criticized the treason and evil committed by the courtiers. This work, which is among the first books published in Iran, is the first work describing Russia's first attack on Iran. The work includes the events of the reign of Aka Muhammad Khan, the reign of Feth Ali Shah until 1230, and the history of the Caucasus region. This work was taken as an example by well-known historians such as Muhammed Sâdık, Vekâyi Nigâr-i Mervezî, Hâverî-i Şîrâzî, Rızâ Kulî Hân Hidâyet, Muhammed Takî Sepehr.
