Notes	A mahâyâna sutra written as a long tribute to Bhaisajyaguru or “Buddha Healing”. Throughout the sutra; The great vows made by Bhaisajyaguru as a Bodhisattva; The benefits of worshiping Bhaisajyaguru and especially praying in his name and the details of the ritual are explained at length (Williams 1989: 248). Zieme has identified two Uyghur fragments of the Bhaisajyaguru Sûtra, one of the texts of Buddhist Uyghur Literature. The first of these; It is a single-page fragment written in Uyghur italic handwriting found in Yarğol. The other is a 10-line fragment found in a ruin in Koço and written in Uyghur italic handwriting. Zieme, who published these two texts in 1986 and 1989, stated that the fragments were two different translations made from the Chinese version titled Yao shi liu li guang ru lai ben yuan gong de jing. In addition, both fragments were made from Xuanzang's Chinese translation and were written in the X.-XIV. He also stated that it was translated in the centuries.
