Notes	Commentary of Abdurrahman Nâcim Efendi's (d. 1249/1895) booklet Teshilü't-Tahsîlad. In this treatise; There are 9 chapters with the headings of noun, verb, letter, merfûât, mensûbât, mecrûrât, cezim, âmil, tabi'. The source text of the work is Arabic, and the commentary by Mehmed Zihnî is also in Arabic. Mehmed Zihnî begins his commentary with a short introduction. He applied the art of "berâ'at-i istihlâl" by using expressions related to the subject of the work in the besmele, hamdele and salvele sentences in the introduction (Dinler 2013: 40-43). Mehmed Zihnî corrected and explained some parts of Abdurrahman Nâcim's Teşîlü't-Tahsîl, and sometimes completed the parts he found missing. He cited and annotated the example sentences in the source text, one after the other, sometimes dividing the sentence, sometimes a non-sentence composition, sometimes a noun, verb and even a letter. In order to better understand the examples mentioned in the source text, he made some additions by giving examples from verses, hadiths, poems of Arab poets, some parables and daily life. In this form, the work is of a type in which the text and the commentary are combined together. (Religions 2013: 43-44).
