Notes	The treatise written by Molla Gürânî as a commentary on the chapter "Vakfı Hamza ve Hişâm ale'l-Hemze" of Veliyyullâh Eş-Şâtibi's poetic work called Hırzü'l-Emânî ve Vechu't-Tehânî, also known as Kasîde-i Lâmiyye. The author states in the introduction of the work that his work is a commentary on the poetic work of Veliyyullâh al-Şâtibi (Gürânî 1713: vr. 221a). The text covers twenty couplets between the 235th and 254th couplets of Şâtıbî's work called Kasîde-i Lâmiyye. The author adopted the question-answer method in the work, and while discussing the topics, sometimes included the entire couplet from Şâtıbîyye and sometimes quoted a section from the couplet (Koyuncu 2017: 153). In the treatise, foundation, which is one of the most difficult topics in the science of recitation, and especially the foundation cases in hemzeli words, are discussed. Gürani stated that after basmala, hamdela and salvela, foundation is one of the most secret issues related to the most difficult verses he encountered among the subjects related to the sciences of the Quran. Then, he gave the dictionary meaning of the letter Hamze and discussed the origin and some features of this letter. Then, he gave information about the issues such as ibdâl, iskan, nakl, hazf, etc., because hamze is a difficult letter to pronounce, and explained by giving examples that each letter with a vowel is more difficult than its calm form, but the opposite occurs in hemze (Koyuncu 2017: 155). In the work, the couplets were discussed one by one and annotated until the end. First, a couplet was given, and then the author made his own explanations. Again, while explaining the relevant couplets, references were made from different language scholars regarding the author's explanations. In his book, Gürani was not satisfied with just giving the recitation aspects of the words, like some other works written in the field of recitation, but also presented the reasons for these aspects along with their evidence (Dilek 2019:53-54). Three copies of the work have been reached. These copies are registered in "Süleymaniye Library, Laleli, no. 57, vr. 221a-247b", "Süleymaniye Library, Bağdatlı Vehbi, no. 27/1, vr. 1b-21b", "Süleymaniye Library, Hacı Selim Ağa/Hüdai Efendi, no. 54, vr. 1a-26b".
