Arabic-Persian verse dictionary written by Ahmedi. Mirkâtü'l-Edeb, written for Hamza Bey, the son of Îsâ Bey, one of the Aydınoğulları, consists of 816 couplets and consists of 50 chapters, each with the title "Kıt'a", with different meters and different lengths. In the 48th stanza, explanations are given about Arabic vowels, in the 49th stanza, Arabic letters are explained, and in the 50th stanza, Arabic pronouns are explained. In the text, the meanings of 3084 Arabic words are given in Persian. Thus, the total number of Arabic and Persian words reaches 6188. At the end of the work, there are 22 more stanzas covering different topics such as medicine, astronomy, astrology, mathematics and fiqh (Temizel 2018: 119, 118). Ahmadi; In these continents, abjad calculation, multiplication table with abjad calculation, sharing of benefits, the nature of what is permissible and impermissible, things that are forbidden to eat from sheep and four atonements, permissibility of eating in Ramadan, situations that prevent giving up donations, first days of months, number of temperaments and recognition of compounds, hereditary and contagious diseases, weights of objects and minerals, numbers of planets and signs, places of honor of seven planets, rising and setting of the moon. It gave information about the hours, the shares of the zodiac signs, knowing the amount of the sun in all the zodiac signs, the zodiac signs, degrees and minutes, the location of the illumination and the sun in terms of the zodiac signs, the location of the moon at all times, ashere-i mübeşşere and the names of the prominent prophets (Kartal 2015). 8 copies of Mirkâtü'l-Edeb have been identified: Konya Mevlana Museum Library, Specialized Department, 2524/2; Topkapi Palace Museum Library, Ahmed III. Department, 2732/4; Turkish Language Association Library, Yz. A. 499/1; Turkish Language Association Library, Yz. A. 163; Süleymaniye Library, Lala İsmail Pasha, 644/1; Manisa Provincial Public Library, General, 2848; Süleymaniye Library, Şazeli, 147/6; Istanbul University Faculty of Letters Department of Turkish Language and Literature Seminar Library, 3923. While the introduction and main sections of all of these copies are in verse, only the introduction of the manuscript in the Konya Mevlana Museum Library is in prose. The work was reworked for the second time, but it is not known who did this (Temizel 2002: 204-206). There is an article by Ali Alparslan (1960) and Nihat Çetin (1965) regarding the poem.
