Mecmû'a-i Münşe'ât is a magazine containing letters written by İdrîs-i Bitlisî between the Akkoyunlu, Karakoyunlu, Timurid, Indian and Ottoman sultans between the last quarter of the 9th century (from the 1480s) and the first half of the 10th century (until 1550). Some of the Persian letters in the work belong to Bitlisî and some to his son Ebülfazl (Akçay 2021). Among those written in letters, II. In addition to Ottoman sultans such as Bâyezîd and Selim I, there are also important figures such as Şeyhülislam Ebussuûd Efendi and Sultan Hüseyn Baykara. In addition, the copy written in Persian, which includes the letters Bitlisî sent to his son Ebülfazl, is registered in the Istanbul University Rare Works Library with the inventory number FY 906 (Aksoy 2021: 21). Some of the letters in the work were written on behalf of the sultan. In addition, texts such as the Hama and Homs cadastral book preface belonging to Bitlisî's son Ebülfazl are also included in this magazine. It has been determined that Dîbâce was also included in Selim Şâhname by Ebülfazl. In addition, some odes and rubais that are thought to belong to the author are also included in the work, and at the end of the work, there are the author's foundation certificates (Kırlangıç 1995: 29). On the other hand, the magazine also includes the work called Risâle-i Kudûmiyye by Ebülfazl Mehmed Efendi (Yıldırım 2010: XXXVII). While talking about Bitlisî's letters, Orhan Başaran only mentioned the letters sent to Bayezid II and Sultan Selîm, and stated that the letters were registered in the Topkapı Palace Museum Library with the archive numbers 1919, 5675 and 8333/1-3 (2000: 35). 15 of İdrîs-i Bitlisî's works are in Persian, He has a total of 21 works, 5 of which are in Arabic and 1 in Turkish. Nâsirin's Mecmû'a-i Münşe'ât is in Persian, while his other work, Mecmû'atü'l-Münşe'âtise, which has a very similar name, is in Turkish (Hatunoğlu 1998: 5). With İdrîs-i Bitlisî, the process of writing about Ottoman engineering with an artistic understanding began (Oktay 2014: 20). No independent study has been done about the work.
