Notes
different manuscripts bound in one volume without a cover. Written 15 lines per page in Taʿlīq and Naskh scripts and black ink. It is a work created and bound by bringing together 4 different manuscripts (Manuscript numbers: MS 681, MS 682, MS 683, MS 684).
AD: It is an educational work written as a handbook. It gained fame and spread from hand to hand because it filled the gap in the field of education, was not bulky, and had a fluent style. The work consists of thirteen chapters. In the chapters, the nature of science, intention, making a choice in studying science, showing respect for science, effort, showing trust, things to be careful about while learning science, advice, being dignified while learning science, things that cause memory and forgetfulness, things that cause sustenance are discussed respectively. Various editions of the work, which was translated into English, Latin and Spanish, were also made. Salâh Muhammed el-Haymî and Nezîr Hamdân made the investigative publication of the work (Beirut-Dimaşk, 1407/1987). The work, which was also translated into Turkish during the Ottoman period, was translated from Arabic by Yunus Vehbi Yavuz under the name of Education and Training Method in Islam (Istanbul, 1980, 2003, 2006). About the work, Mehmet Tütüncü prepared a doctoral thesis (1984), which was later published, and Hayati Tetik prepared a master's thesis (1991). (see References). Additional information: It is the first work of a magazine with four works. It was copied by an unknown copyist in 1154/1741-2. In 1a there is a comment on alif. In 1b, the name of the work is included in the text. In 27b, there are two aruz circles named muhtile and mu'telife, written in red ink. The edges are largely empty. The copy is rejected.
AD: This is a work written by Birgivî, one of the important Ottoman scholars of the 16th century, about the ta'dîl-i erkan of prayer. The work, completed in 975/1567-68, was organized as introduction, matlab, admonition and hatime. The work is by Niğdeli Mûsâ b. Ahmed, İsmail Efendi, Güzel hisârî, Ebü'l-Hasan Muhammed b. It was annotated by Abdurrahman es-Senedî and Ebû Bekir el-Erzurumî. Ahmet Aydın has written an article examining the concept of tadil-i erkan in the context of this work of Birgivî and its commentary, Menhe lü'l-hüdât. Additional information: It is the second work of the magazine with four works. It was copied by a copyist named Mehmed in 1156/1743-4. The copyist also states in the copy record that he is also the owner of the copy. 28a is empty. In 42b, there are two birth records issued by the same item. In the first of these, Ahmed gave his own date of birth (1176/1762-3); But the adjective that Ahmed used for himself has been deleted. As far as can be read, it is understood that he is the owner of this copy where it has been deleted. The person who recorded the other appropriation wrote his brother's date of birth (1185/1771-2). This note must have been sent by Ahmed just now. 43a contains information on various disciplines. There is an instruction on basmala in 43b-44a. Upon this instruction, no additional receipt was opened. 44b-45b contains information about various disciplines. In 46a-46b there is a calendar drawn with a red ruler. The margins are empty except for a few minhuvat and correction records. The copy is rejected.
AD: In this one-leaf treatise, after hamdela and salele, it is written: "This is a treatise called Fevaid, written in the science of grammar." The name of the work is given considering the record here. In the treatise, some terms related to syntax are explained. Additional information: It is the third work of the four-work magazine. There is no copying record. Then, in the margin, there are comments about the syntax.
AD: In the one and a half page treatise, it is stated that the suffix 'alif lam' has 22 meanings, and then these are explained. Additional information: It is the fourth work of his four-work magazine. There is no record of copying in the copy. In 51a-b, there are comments on nahve, narration from İbn Kemal Pasha, Seyyid Şerif, comments on theology, commentary on Hida ye Mollazâde, and Turkish comments on the words. The copy is rejected. About the magazine: It is a spaceless magazine that includes various disciplines (morals, fiqh, syntax). The first two copies show that the magazine dates largely to the 18th century. There is no information about the compiler of the magazine. The copyist of the second copy (Mehmed) introduces himself as the owner of the copy he copied, and on the page where the copying record is located, there are birth records that probably belong to the copyist's relatives. However, this situation alone is difficult to prove that the copyist Mehmed was the compiler of the magazine.
