Notes
It was written for Bayezid II (886-918). Zahriye and serlevha illuminations. Dark brown leather binding with miklep and şemsel.
This work, written by Fazullah el-Huseyni el-Kazvini (d.733/before 1332) and containing the history of the ancient Iranian Sultans from Keyumers to Anuşirvan, was translated by Tac-zade from a later entry on it and published by II. It seems that it was presented to Bayazıd. Babinger also writes that this work was translated into Turkish by Sarı Kemal, taking it from Ottoman authors. Tac-zades were two brothers, one of whom was named Sa'di Çelebi and died in 922 (1516-1517); The other's name is Cafer Çelebi. He died in 920 (1514-1515). The second of these is II. He sang an elegy to Bayazıd.
